Shipping policy
Shipping your order:
- All orders must be mailed the same month you placed your order.
- Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number.
Shipping delivery times
Puerto Rico:
- Ground Class- once shipped, it can take about 2 to 3 business days to arrive to the destination
- Priority- once shipped, it can take about 1 to 2 business days to arrive to the destination,.
United States
- First Class- once shipped, it can take between 2 to 5 business days to arrive to the destination.
- Priority- once shipped, it can take about 3 business days to arrive to the destination
The website calculates the shipping cost by the total weight of your order. If the actual shipping rate cost less than the website calculated, you will receive a refund of the shipping cost paid in excess.
Greñas is not responsible for the following situations:
- Packages marked as "DELIVERED" on the USPS tracking website and sent to the address indicated by the client on their order.
- Lost packages, without updates in their tracking. Sometimes these packages will not update, and still be delivered at a later date than expected.
- Lost or Destroyed Priority Mail Package: This type of shipping service has insurance. Please contact us and let us know so we can start a claim with USPS. The limit for claims is 60 days from the sent date.
- Returned packages. If the customer submitted an incorrect address in their order and the package got returned, the customer is responsible to pay shipping once more time and submit the correct shipping address.
